They may have good coverage at a decent cost, but my advice to you would be "stay away", choose another company. I was recently in an accident and the feelings I experienced was basically like Santa Cruz 11-21-07. I was the one hit by a SUV and slammed into the car infront of me but 21st Century made me feel like I was just a number and not a "policy owner". Several times I had to call my claim adjuster just to find out what was going on, he only called me back once. For about 80% of the time I felt like I had a big question mark on my forehead. So I called and complained. That was a joke. I couldn't believe their answers to their lack of perfessionalism..

This company is a joke, my husband was involved in an accident with one of their customers over 5 months ago and we can not get any response in regards to the claim. We have tried several times to contact someone and can not seem to get anyone to call us back..
